Age: 15 Months Gender: Neutered Male Color: Black/White Weight: 38 lbs Variety: Field Bred Pippin is a 14 month old male adopted into his current home last August after being found living under an old house with his mom and siblings. Pippin's adopted family already had a rescued female Springer for over a year and were looking forward to some extra company for her. Pippin is a wonderful, happy go lucky dog with boundless energy, however, he has become very dominant over his very submissive and petite adopted sister and it has become an issue for the family as he bullies her around. Pippin will thrive in a home where he can be the top (and only) dog. Cats are ok. He will chase and play with the family's cat but not in an aggressive manner. He is still a bit nervous of strangers but has improved immensely with exposure to walking trails and rides in the car, but he is extremely loving with his family. He's a big cuddler and loves to run and play fetch, walks fairly well on a leash and would probably blossom with some one on one training. Until Pippin gets some more manners a home with older children would be preferable.
