Don't be fooled by the pictures - she got a bad haircut - she's all Springer and very pretty. Jewel's is mainly black and white but there are blotches of liver occasionally making her very unique. She is very friendly, easily jumps on your lap when you are watching TV to cuddle with you. She knows some simple commands like sit, and lay down. Unfortunately we think Jewels may have been abused in her past life as she cowers when a new person tries to pet her and acts very submissively. In her foster home we are trying to work with her on trust. Jewels loves to play ball and is full of energy. She gets along fine with the other dogs and only bothers the cat if she happens to notice him. But most of the time Jewels is busy and pays no mind. She would do fine in a home with other dogs and with children. She is looking for a new forever home - and she'd like you to consider her!
