I disagree with a realrescuer. This man was in the parade for a reason, he was looking for cigg butts on the road. That poor dog of his. Walking in a parade that Scott had no right to be in It's Just not fair his name is associated with a scam and his handler is an admitted con artist. You poor angel, Bear R.I.P.

This guy has no right being in this parade. He is now, and was never a Search and Rescue person. His dog is not a Search and Rescue dog. Both have never had a stitch of training. See the next picture for more comments. One more bit of important information. This picture was taken in early October. Scott has claimed (and has gotten money) for 9/11 injuries. Two broken ankles and had blown out both knees. Hmmmm. Looks pretty good walking in a parade now doesn't he? Think about it.
