was in adoption - 118448 - doberman - F - 2 years - surrendered 7/10 -- was destroyed on 7/12/04, in spite of the fact that the hairloss was from pregnancy (and this WAS on the paperwork for this dog and WAS on the cage card!). A 'staff' person 'decided' that she had mange (did NOT read the paperwork) and had her PTS BEFORE the shelter opened that morning. Rescue was there at opening to adopt her but she was already DEAD.
