This little pup was in the Memphis shelter in early September 2003. He was SO sweet - he looked like he 'might' have some skin problem, maybe mange. Rescue up north committed to saving him. When I went to adopt him during my lunchtime - as I was standing at his cage, a staff person came up with his paperwork! They were about to have him PTS - ON his due out date!! I was told a supervisor signed off to have him PTS. I looked at the paperwork - ALL it said was 'skin condition - mange'. (see next p
