Duckie was adopted along with Mr. Pete (Petrie) by Bill. Sadly, she passed away suddenly on October 14 2000 from the effects of a tear near her colon. By the time she showed the first symptom of an illness, it was too late to get her to the vet in time to save her. She was 16 months of age. Ducky is remembered as being a People Bird. No one was a stranger to Duckie. She loved everyone and they Quickly loved her in return. She was sweet and would quickly step up and give her full attention
