this is how i feed my birds. this make it so easy and it last for 7 day's.and save me hour's of work each day.and the bird's love it cause there is so much in here that i didn't put in before.as you can see by the picture's and im changing it every week for them,today i went out to the garden and pick some edible flowers to put with there breakfast,i love to watch there eye's and face expression when something new is added,i love to gave them a new surprise at each meal.i even do this for my kids and grand kids it help's them to learn what to eat two:-) you all have a great day.

Sandy, thanks for your informative and beautiful photos. I have just adopted an eclectus and was surfing the net to check out a proper diet for him. BTW, I also have a sun conure and a yellow nape amazon.
