  • Long ago in what seems another life, I had horses, Appaloosa and Quarter Horses, and we even foaled a few in the years I was involved in this very labor-intensive business. These photos bring back some glorious memories. Thanks for sharing these neat moments. Fred

  • My husband and I live in Eastern North Carolina. We have approximately 16 acres of land and most of it is cleared land. We have developed our own little horse farm. We started out with one Quarter horse Gelding in 1994 and we kept add to the group until we now have many horses. We both enjoy all the time we spend with the horses. Our grandson, Zach is growing up with the horses also, but Flicka is the most gentle creature you could ask for. She is a little over a month old and has the manners and sense of a grown horse. She will be the horse for Zach to ride and he is starting out early. Thank you for being a horse lover also. Arlene
