Brandy is my oldest dachshund. She is 10 years old and I have retired her. But in June of 2006 she got hit by a car and lived through it. She has went through som tough times. She had to learn how to walk on her back legs. I am located in Hartsville, SC 8

  • Your Brandy is a brave little Doxie.I lost my beloved Doxie Lucy one year ago as the result of a bladder tumor which was preceded by paralysis when she blew a disc in her back.She went through surgery and partly gained mobolity slightly only to go paralyzed again.She bravely managed to get around on her front legs before I was able to get her a cart but she developed the tumor.She outlived what the vet had predicted but eventually succumbed to it.I miss her dearly.Cherish your girl.Doxies are WONDERFUL dogs to have as pets and devoted.
