Another great album. I adopted my two kitties from the Humane Society in Naples, FL. It never ceases to amaze me how some people treat these beautiful, loving creatures as disposable items. You did a wonderful job on all their photos! Denise

What terrific pictures of the kitties. I also do rescue in Southern Calif and save many cats from the Los Angeles City animal shelters. Keep up the good work.

That's a nice thing your doing there :-) I'm glad to see that so many of the cats got adopted. We've had a TV show in Sweden with pretty much the same purpose. I have three cats but if my husband would let me I'd have a whole bunch more. (Or they would have me :-) Don't you just love that about cats, they so believe that they have chosen you and never ever the other way around). Take care, Anitha

Dear Penny; What a wonderful album this is and it is so good to hear that you volunteer by photographing these lovely kitties. My first two kitties, Smokey and Snowball are from Petsmart in Issaquah, Washington and they call their organization Cat Purebred rescue. I found Bella my Siamese at Thurston County Animal Control and all three of these sweeethearts are like my babies. It is a wonderful thing you are doing and if I lived closer, I would probably be down there in a heartbeat to adopt another one of these beautiful creatures. Omg what cuties! Your photos are amazing! I hope they find loving families that will treasure them. I found a bunch of kittens (6!) in my own garden when I came back from my vacations and I took a couple of shots but they were all dirty, poor things...(and my photos are not the least bit as beautiful as yours... :D) A few days ago I took them to the vet and now I hope to find nice people willing to adopt them too.

DEAR PENNY, Oh, wow, these are FABULOUS pix of these cats seeking forever homes. I have a daily search sent to my inbox from PETFINDERS.COM, and I'm sure I've seen some of your pix!! I will have to take a look next time to see where the MAINE COON/MIX babies come from - your shelter, I mean :-). I very much like / LOVE the idea of doing what you are doing, and actually have the time to do the same for some of the local shelters here. Would break my heart, but I see so many HORRIBLE photos that just don't really show the personalities of the babies/furry-children, that some may not be adopted BECAUSE of the poor quality of photography. I have not uploaded MANY of my photos in QUITE some time, but do actually have quite a few from two kittens from a shelter about 2 hours from me. Hubby and I had adopted two babies, but when we got them home, within three days my mother had a stroke, and there was just TOO MUCH to do AND take care of new kittens (6 & 8 weeks old!). We, sadly, had to bring them back, but I took many photos for them to put on their website to help sell them. Hey, at least we DONATED $250 to the shelter, eh? lol...What you do is SSSOOO wonderful, and I'm sure has found many a cat a forever home. BLESSED BE, Connierc

These cats are so adorable! It really does help to rehome when they are expressed with beautiful photos which show their characters. I've taken 3 homeless cats myself and had helped rehomed 2. I wish I could do more. Some people are so indifferent and cruel to animals. Your skills in photo-taking greatly increases their exposures. Salute! Keep going! Nicole

What a wonderful idea. Maybe I can talk to our local pet adoption agencies and see if we can to this in the local paper once a week. Just put the link in the newspaper? Is this how you do this where you are? I would love to hear back from you with any advice you may have to offer. I hope you started something here! You sure did with me! Thanks for the pictures and a great idea. Certainly can't hurt and it just might help. Linda In NC
