Hello: Our family is enjoying your pictures of Ruby! We are considering purchasing a Eastern Rosella from an exotic bird store in our area. There are three of them and they have all been hand fed and are about 9 weeks old. Very beautiful and sooooo sweet. I've been browsing the internet, though, and it keeps mentioning that these might not be good birds as pets because they need A LOT of attention, otherwise they may become flighty and aggressive? Can you fill us in? We are actually looking at a Cockatiel but we went to this store to ask some questions and I fell in love, as did my daughter, with this Eastern Rosella.

Hello: Ruby looks so gorgeous! I have a Golden-mantled Rosella male named Rainbow and I have to take photos of him sometime in the future to upload into webshots.
