Really enjoyed your tour of Revelstoke. We live in a penthouse and are too high for Hummers. We get finches, stellar jays, flickers, and starlings. Really tough to get pictures though. I guess our 2 cats make them nervous. Thanks. Keith in West Vancouver BC

I enjoy watching hummingbirds flit and flitter. We live in the middle of a small city, very rarely see humming birds, but I have my feeder in the yard along with Morning Glories, so once in a while I will see one. Ron

Congratulations on your well deserved feaure Paul! Amazing captures & colors. I have never personally seen the Allens up close & you have done a wonderful job. They are gorgeous! We currently have 5 feeders (2 in windows) and the Annas are our regular visitors. Paul these are great. You must have the best kitchen window ever. I tirelessly hunt for good humming bird observation point. But you nailed it. Your right it is difficult to capture them even if everything is just right. Those little birds are extremely fast I go back and forth from 1/1000 to 1/4000 of a second and still they evade me.
