These photos were taken right from my kitchen window ! I kind of wish for a much better quality and sharpness in some of the pictures, but double glass window makes it pretty darn difficult !Oh well ! You take what you can get right !

Really enjoyed your tour of Revelstoke. We live in a penthouse and are too high for Hummers. We get finches, stellar jays, flickers, and starlings. Really tough to get pictures though. I guess our 2 cats make them nervous. Thanks. Keith in West Vancouver BC

We currently have 5 feeders (2 in windows) and the Annas are our regular visitors. Paul these are great. You must have the best kitchen window ever. I tirelessly hunt for good humming bird observation point. But you nailed it. Your right it is difficult to capture them even if everything is just right. Those little birds are extremely fast I go back and forth from 1/1000 to 1/4000 of a second and still they evade me. Hi Paul, Thank you very much for sharing these amazing pictures. At least this time you did not need to climb trees! Double glazing is a problem and they are gone in an instant, so putting them on a black background was a stroke of genius! If you get time, take a look at my new Keukenhof albums.
