Thanks for the kind words. Your photos are very nice as well. I see you have a fat cat too. My orange tabbys and calico are all adopted, but they are so small. I guess that's good in a way since my others are quite large. All 8 of them are indoor kitties so they have lots of cat condos to exercise on. I think it's genes with Tiki, she was a stray too.

Yep that is one large cat. Sure has a sweet face though. My mom has one that is the same size as well. Thank you for sharing your photos.

Hello Atheana, I just can't begin to say how very sorry I am about your loss of Fatso. I just stopped by to take a look at him again and saw your... In Memoriam picture there! As you know I also have a very special friend in my Babes, he is like Fatso a special member of the family. I can guess a little of how you feel now. I hope that I am wrong, but fear that I may not have my Babes for much longer. I am afraid that his thyroid problem is getting much worse; from being 17lb he is now down to 12lb and is not eating. The problem is that we love them too much! I hope that it brings you comfort to know that Fatso knew that he was loved, and that you did the very best that you could for him. If you look in my Inside looking out album, you will see there a picture of the poem (The Rainbow Bridge), I would be pleased if you would take this picture.....I hope it helps just a little. God Bless you, Meg & Babes.

Dear Atheana, Thanks for your message. Please don't blame yourself for anything. I know, and Tiggee knew you loved him and these things happen no matter what we do! I will certainly look after my Babes as well as I can. He goes to the vet every four weeks for an injection and has a tablet in his food every day. My vet is very fond of him, as is everyone who meets him, and he knows how much I adore my Babes, so I am sure that he will get the very best treatment possible. Tonight for the first time in weeks Babes finished all his meal....we were having tinned salmon and he shared it with us, complete with salt, pepper and vinegar...the only way that he will eat it! So for today at least, he got his tablet. We will all miss Tiggee, he will live on in our hearts. I hope that you will still visit us often. God Bless you. Meg & Babes.

Dear Atheana, Thanks for your lovely messages. I am so glad that you liked the poem and hope it helped just a little. The flower is as I said...just like Tiggee ....Big & Beautiful. I promise that this flower will stay there with his name on it for all time. The two pictures of my Babes that you mentioned were taken a couple of years ago when he was at his biggest at 17lbs; he is now a slim 12lbs see his Cattitude album for the latest pictures. He still has a soft fat tummy that he loves to have rubbed, and now he has lost weight doesn’t look the twelve years old that he is! Hope you come back to visit soon. Purrrr from Babes and a Big Hug from Meg.

Hi, Thank you for sharing the wonderful photos of 'Fatso' - I did the albums backwards and was so sad to learn that he had passed on. That is so difficult, but he clearly was well loved and you gave him a wonderful life - and he obviously gave you much joy too. Best regards- Lynne from Virginia
