These are beautiful dogs!! I too have never heard of this breed. I had no idea that there were dogs to guard poultry!!! I had a dog once that did everything BUT protect our poultry. That's quite a lively farm you've got there! I had never heard of Akbash dogs before checking your albums -- they're a handsome breed, and I thank you for introducing me to them.
