  • I am looking to adopt one of the greys as soon as I find a good match. I just lost a beloved dog to cancer and have found that I must have another dog or, preferably, two. Just yesterday I adopted a very sweet retriever mix from SPCA because I think those guys need a break too. She really likes other dogs. I understand from the GPAHouston volunteer that I spoke with the other day that Sam needs to be in a home with another dog. If that dog does not have to be a grey, then I'd sure like to meet him. His story is just so touching. I have an appointment at Best Friends at 2 pm on July 13. It would be great if you could bring Sam to meet me and my dog and one of my cats (I have three).
