JUST HORSES, HORSES, AND MORE HORSES!!

Hello, I’m a member of the Equine Art Protection League. I regret to inform you that your albums “Just horses, horses and more horses”, “Horse racing pics”, “Wolfs”, “Secretariat”, and “More horses, horses and more horses” contain many pictures that infringe on copyrights. What this means: You are using pictures that don’t belong to you. Not only is this illegal and equal to stealing, it is also very upsetting to the photographer or artist whose hard work created that image. This is also against Webshots policy (see http://www.webshots.com/html/terms.html) which says in part “If your postings are repeatedly challenged as copyright infringements, Webshots reserves the right to terminate your membership.” Bottom line: Copyright infringement is illegal and you need to remove any photographs or art that you yourself didn’t take or make. I understand you were probably not aware of this or you wouldn’t have taken these images, but they still do not belong to you and need to be removed.
