It saddens me to think of the great sacrifice these dogs made. Because of their sacrifice, many lives were saved and because of this I consider all these dogs, "hero's,"and would like to thank you for doing such a good job with your album. Keep up the great work!

My husband Larry is the dog handler with his dog Goldie, a yellow lab. (on pg 6 of the war dog section) This was from January 1967 during the VietNam war. Pretty neat coming across this photo. Great site.
